Pho and only pho... and drinks. One menu, to sides, pho and drinks. Lots of choices though. Small, medium and large. I got the medium which to me was the same size you get at other pho places. I would absolutely go back to this place.

A quite affordable Vietnamese noodle with great serving of thick beef slice for its number "13" in this restaurant menu. The restaurant staff does not communicate fluently with non native english speaker thus customer should be patient if asking for something. Overall food and service was great, though the restaurant was not busy during the visit.
Well even tho I'm not vietnamese I have eaten a lot of Pho. As my ex girls family would say, each pho place has a different family recipie passed from generation to generation. My current girl is first gen Vietnamese and says that in the Vietnamese community, they regard this place as the best beef pho in town! And that's all they do! No broken rice, no appetizers just 1 page of pho options and one page of drink options: that's it-Now on to the review! I would say the beef pho was very good, the meat was a great balance of ultra thin raw beef, with the tasty and not-to-fatty brisket. My bowl was a #2 so it wasn't the extra large, but I felt it was a little shy on tendons and tripe. Tripe was a tad "gamier" than I would normally like and being asian I do like me some tripe. The broth itself was well balanced albeit the star anise was the most dominant flavor present. The beef stew was however, probably not from the same part of Vietnam than I'm used to, much too oily and many more miscellaneous beef pieces than even I like. The fresh French bread that accompanied it was fluffy warm and amazing however too bad the stew could have only been as good as the pho. 3.7 of 5 stars
