My five star rating is for the staff and the staff alone! I placed a large order early one morning on the app and when I got to the store the girl let me know it would be a few more minutes (I was early!), no problem at all! Another person walked in and she kindly let them know it would take a while as she had another large order of 50 smoothies to make and had 1 blender. I didn’t get her name, but she was super efficient and super kind. She got me my order in time and was working diligently. Get her some help! At least a second blender!!

I dealt with the young woman mentioned in the last review and she made me one of the best drinks I've ever tried! She was so lovely and her customer service was what will bring me back. Thanks, young lady!

Ordered a "gotcha matcha" and my friend ordered a "razz ma tazz" I usually don't complain but the Matcha drink made by the young women there was terrible and my friends drink was made by another employee, Keith. It was soo good and when he saw i was bummed about my drink, He was so kind & offered to make me a new drink without me even having to ask. I ordered what my friend got and it was heaven. Customer service like this is what makes me go back to a place time and time again. Not to mention he can whip up a bomb juice! Thanks Keith!
