I am about to start my ninth year of using West Coast Self-Storage. When I recently encountered an emergency and some financial bumps in the road, and I couldn't pay my rent right at the beginning of the month or within the 10-day grace period because of when my paydays fell, Jasper was willing to work with me over a period of a couple months, extending me a few extra days of grace without added incurred late fees, until my next payday rolled around. It was a few days over a couple months, but being able to pay at my next payday, without late fees, was a gracious gesture not lost on me. We kept in regular contact through the financial tough time, and I let him know the earliest I would be able to pay. When payday came, we took care of it (with thanks aplenty!). We all know that it can be hard to find decent customer service almost everywhere these days. It is refreshing to encounter a business that not only understands that sometimes bad things happen to all of us, but is willing to make important gestures to assist in those tough times. It makes me feel truly valued as a long-time customer, and is appreciated beyond words. I am a satisfied customer; I'll be sticking with you!

I have been renting storage space from West Coast Storage for several years now and the customer service experience, with the wonderful management staff @ West Coast storage on Lincoln Ave., has been excellent. Everyone there has been so attentive, helpful and communicative. Moreover, I would like to give a special honorable mention to Destiny for her superb customer service . She is so friendly, polite, cheerful and always very helpful with any inquires I have made over the years I wish that I could give more than 5 stars for my delightful customer service experience. I most highly recommend West Storage on Lincoln Avenue, San Jose for all your storage needs.
