I went there on Saturday Sept. 12th. I hadn't been there for awhile since I moved away from the area about 2yrs ago. What a difference it was to enter and be greeted by a genuinely pleasant store clerk. Her name is Erin and she was very professional, naturally pleasant and positive, had light friendly conversation at the register during checkout, she kept her eye contact with me and smiled everytime she spoke. That's how I know she was genuine. I made my purchases and Erin told me "You have a great rest of the day and enjoy your weekend.." WOW!
When walking up the street before I got there I was having a pretty much off day, and was hot and frustrated by the time I got to the store. Erin changed that for me, I left there feeling relaxed and humbled. I really appreciated walking into that 7-eleven and the store looking more organized and cleaner, and engaging with the clerk who happened to be Erin that day, compared to 2 yrs ago when I lived in the area having to wait for clerk to get off his cell phone, always sticky floors ,no napkins shelves not stocked, so I'm assuming store is under new management. Well 5⭐'s to the new management for hiring new employees, especially Erin who made my simple trip to that store, one that was noticibly pleasant and a memorable one that got me to want to write this review. Bravo Erin,
B-R-A-V-O!!!!
I use to live around the corner and have being going here for years, it has never been so clean or well lit before. The new managment and team members make the place actually feel welcoming, they are helpful with their products, and arent on their phones all the tine like the previous team.
This is the best 7-Eleven iv ever been to, and iv been all over the bay.
