Haven't actually sat inside a McDonald's for quite some time now since Covid. But we're getting there. My grandson loves their shakes and fries. He enjoys the nuggets most when hot, but not when they're cold. I wish they'd bring back the oatmeal cookies. Their chocolate chip cookies are tasty but better eaten the same day you get them. Always changing and improving, yes, but some things still need to be returned and never leave. Definitely, recommend they change their coffee and find something better, because their coffee isn't worth a second cup and that's saying something. We've been going here for over 40 years, so there's that. They must be doing something right, but over the years, they still need to work on improving some things. Just because you get a remodeling job done, doesn't mean it will improve the quality of some of the menu items. So, keep on improving McDonald's! If you want rave reviews, then ensure your employees also have better attitudes and speak, as well as, understand the languages of the city/country you reside in. There shouldn't be language barriers between your employees and customers.

The morning crew is on point. The long line moved through quickly and I was on my way to work before I knew it. There are times they do get inundated by bigger orders, but I’ve never waited longer than 5-7 minutes after ordering through the drive thru to get my food. Props to everyone that works there!
