We love Costa Vida and eat at Costa Vidas frequently. But we got food poisoning from this location last night, which is a bummer. And I'm not even posting this to get attention or say Costa Vida is bad, because they're great, and we've always had great customer service. Just posting for public health safety awareness. Honestly, I've been eating at Costa Vida for years and in many locations and have never had a problem, so if you're reading this, don't let it dissuade you from eating their delicious food.
I usually go to cafe rio but after the customer service I received at this location I will be definitely be returning. I made a mistake ordering my meal and they were more than happy to fix it for me.
Ok, please forgive the half-eaten food pic, but I was starving and the nachos looked TOO GOOD.
As for the review, I just wanted to point out how responsive and kind the employees were (evening shift, July 22, 2021)! I wish I had their names, but it was a busy night and they helped each customer in a personal way. One of the customers in front of me had a bad experience last time, so the employees ensured her food was to her liking before checking out.
Likewise, one of the employees helped customize my order so I had some spicy salsa with my nachos (again, SO GOOD). This is a great location if customer service is important to you!
Awesome staff working behind the counter and the food is amazing. Very fresh very good and super friendly! One of the best that I have been to in the chain!! The pictures shows a small chicken salad..... I ordered no tortilla, no beans or rice and they did exactly as I asked. Usually there is more to it but I am losing weight and can't do without my daily "Costa" fix! Down 22 lbs in 3 months eating healthy and this place is a HUGE part of my success! Thanks again for a great menu with fresh awesome ingredients!
Cam did not package food correctly, Keegan made my quesadilla, it was made perfectly, the best quesadilla I have ever had. Give him a raise.
Orderd quickly no line when I went. Burrito was delicious. I always recommended getting extra lettuce and pico de gallo.. steak was tasty and it was so big ate the other half for dinner. Yumm

The food pictured here is Grilled Chicken Burrito and Cookie. It is grade A. Costa Vida serves great Spanish-American cuisine. The staff are really nice and helpful and that makes the place perfect for lunch/snack.
After a hot 9 mile hike in the mountains, nothing satisfies your hunger like a Raspberry Chipotle Chicken Salad and a tall Coke Zero with lemonade!
There was more than enough salad to satisfy our hunger and leftovers for tomorrow.
The staff was very friendly and our orders were prepared quickly and accurately. The chicken was fresh and delicious and the raspberry chipotle sauce is amazing!
This is BY FAR the best branch near me. I live closer to the Draper store but I drive 10 minutes farther to come here because the food, customer service and environment is 100 times better. I mostly see the morning crew and they are all so sweet and helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure customers have a good experience. Food is always fresh and they always make the cinnamon tortillas fresh unlike the Draper store.
Love this Costa so much! My food is always fresh and they add lots of good meat! The tortillas are the best. Salad with sweet pork is my go to.
I love this place. It has taken a while to get my wife on board, but now that cafe Rio has gone down significantly in quality Costa vida just rises to the top. It is especially cool the mini salads that they have. Perfect sizes for the younger kids and my wife. Highly recommend
I enjoyed a nice smothered sweet pork burrito. I got pinto beans instead of black this time and I really enjoyed the pinto beans they had a really nice flavor. Staff was friendly and nice.
I made a mistake and ordered online at the wrong Costa Vida! When I arrive to pick it up they were so kind. They canceled the order at the wrong restaurant and hurried to fulfil my order at the Sandy Costa Vida. Well done!
