My overall rating is how I feel about Arby's, but the other ratings are a comparison to other locations. The remodel has really helped update this location. The food is standard and tastes the way it should. Arby's promotional coupons are pretty good, so make sure to bring some with you. It's tough the beat the 2 Can Dine for $9.99. The manager, John Roskelley (not sure of his actual title), is the key to success at this location. He is friendly, remembered my name throughout my stay, and went out of his way to make sure I had an enjoyable experience. As long as John is working here, I'll keep coming back to this location.

Very good service from sawyer at the window. All food just as ordered and fresh. Appreciated a fast food place being this good. Asked for fresh fries and got them. Willbe back.

Kudos to John, that works the front counter! John is a good example of great customer service. We loved the Fish sticks!
