It's just a sandwich shop. It was convenient. There seemed to be only one employee working, which made things go a little slow. It had been a long time since I ate at a Subway, and I wish they'd bring back the $5 foot-long. I didn't get the impression that the meats were freshly sliced, either.
12/2023 - Still only one employee working. Not a big deal because it wasn't busy, but just saying. Soft drink fountain was out of order. It's off-season, so issues aren't critical, but it all needs to be fixed.
This was a standard Subway except for one thing- the customer service here was the best we've ever experienced from this chain. There was only one employee on duty, Louis, and he handled the dinner crowd with grace and kindness. Not only was he working his way through the line effectively, but he also had great standards of cleanliness (washing hands and changing gloves between sandwiches/customers), which we greatly appreciated. He deserves a raise! Thanks so much, Louis!!
Went to this Subway Sunday, July 9th around 7pm. The employee was the only one working. There was a fairly long line and he was also filling online orders. He worked quickly, and washed his hands between each order. He was outstanding and friendly despite being clearly overworked. I gave it a ‘1’ for atmosphere because he was literally the only one working, so this reflects more on management than him. He definitely deserves a raise!
