The pic of the salad was half eaten! Amazing salads. I tried the South by Northwest and substituted the chicked for tofu. They have 2 good vegetarian options; falafel and tofu. I totally recommend Sprout!

Delicious salads with a great choice of ingredients to make your own or alter menu items. Everything is fresh and of a high quality. I especially like the truffle dressing. I go every time I am in that part of town, it's one of the highlights of my day each time. The staff are very friendly and very helpful too

Huge salads, lots of ingredients to build your own salad or you can choose one off of the menu and add or subtract what you like or don't like. You can choose the amount of dressing you would like on your salad, light, medium or regular. The various lemonade flavors were tangy and refreshing. Would definitely come back if i was in the area. They are a little pricey for salads, but not so pricey that i wouldn't come back. About average price of an entree at a casual restaurant. So if you are looking for a salad restaurant, this is it. 4 salads and 3 drinks cost me about $50.
