I have to be honest. I have always had a problem with this location. I've managed papa johns myself in the past here locally and this one has always failed me and the papa johns name. Until tonight. I called to place my order and a man named jonny answered and politely started to take my order. But then all of a sudden said im putting you on hold. Me being frustrated and hungry hung up and said that's that I'm done with this location. But as soon as I could finish the thought jonny called back and reassured me he didn't mean to abruptly put me on hold. He needed to tend to the oven. Which I can completely understand. He then agreed changes should and could be made and we continued my order. This location will keep business like mine if they keep employees like jonny. But you only keep those employees with appriation and most of all raises. Maybe if they hire more people like jonny it'll get a 5 star.
Pizza arrived quicker than expected! Delivery driver was friendly! Pizza was nice and hot!
This location is the best in the business. I am always impressed with the quality, their speed, and how wonderful the delivery guys are! We order from here all the time and we keep coming back bc of this! There are many chain pizza places to choose from near us but we are so loyal because of our experience. We’ve picked up pizzas, had them delivered, we’ve messed up orders and have needed to call in and change things. All around excellent everything. Special shout out to Joe and Rob who fixed our order last time when we accidentally ordered the pizzas 5 hours early (and wouldn’t be home to get the delivery!) I knew I needed to google review after that wonderful experience. (And so many others)
