The pros: I like their names of yogurt. The place is clean and they have great toppings to choose from.
The cons:
I feel the attitude is tense from every worker there. They give you one sample cup at a time so I feel it is discourage to try to find the right flavor.
However, I will give kudos to the one really impressive customer service action. I usually like coconut yogurt the best and I just didn't like any of the other flavors. I asked when coconut would be available so I could come back. The lady said she just took down the coconut and had some "leftovers" in the freezer. Went to get me some and wouldn't charge me for the large container. I was so impressed by that that I will return.
BTW their bananna flavor is to die for!!
Tasty Yogurt. Kind of a smaller place compared to other yogurt shops, but they have a selection of about 6 or 7 yogurt flavors to choose from, and a decent selection of toppings. I liked it, I'll be back.
Tasty idea!. I recently was down in South Jordan and went in to a new place called Yogurt Vibes. Yeah, I know there are lots of yogurt places out there.. but the nice thing about this place is that it is self-serve yogurt, self-serve toppings, and the yogurt has live and active cultures so it has that great, clean, fresh taste that pastureized yogurt just can't touch. The staff was helpful. The only problems I had were that there were no lids out (I just had to ask for one) and they only had one cup size when I was there. It would be nice to see two or three sizes. You pay by the ounce, so it is nice not to be forced into buying some COSTCO-sized yogurt if you only want a bit. This place is new and has a few minor wrinkles to iron out, but overall I would go back. In fact, I have been back a couple of times and I live downtown in SLC, so South Jordan is a bit of a drive. However, whenever I am down near there, I try to stop by. They also have a discount club (I know what you are thinking) that gives you 10% off all in-store purchases and special offers and discounts, so it is worth joining. For the sake of full-disclosure, I now need to tell you that I ended up doing their website which should launch near Christmas. It will allow people who are "vibetribe members" to log-on and see their stats as well as how close they are to earning free stuff for purchases at the store... check them out.
