Good experience, but I won't be getting the lettuce wraps again. The chicken was cold and seemed to be barely thawed from the freezer/fridge.
Fortunately, my next choice, the spinach & mushroom pasta was excellent.
Full of flavor, just a hint of spicy and well presented.
As other people mentioned, the staff is super nice and I can't wait to come back to try something new.
The food is fine, but it's a little odd from your normal pub fare. The buffalo chicken panini was small and not very flavorful, but the poutine fries I subbed in as a side were plentiful. However, the use of fried cheese curds in the dish was a bit of a head scratcher. They were crispy but too salty, and I missed the traditional melty cheese poutine usually has. The prices are also way too expensive for what is offered. They're clearly banking on being the only place around the hotel open for dinner. The staff was friendly.
A note of caution - the hand sanitizer smells disgusting. Bring your own.
Great drinks, awesome bar tenders, and less expensive to get food if staying at Sheraton Springfield Hotel than getting room service.
