I must admit the wait was a little long when I went as well it wasn't busy at all but overall the food was worth it. On my way to eat there now as I write this! Good food just need to have your waitresses on their game a little more instead of sitting on their phones.
We went Saturday at 4:00 pm, the service was very good and the food great, among other things, we ate mofongo, roasted pork shoulder, roasted chicken, white rice and beans and also stuffed potato, chicken turnovers fritters. We will come back soon!
Most of the negative reviews about this restaurant were given by people who do not understand the concept of reviewing an eatery which is generally based on
1. Food
2. Price
3. Wait Staff
4. Quality of Service
Like all others, there must be a period of trail and error with all 4 points of interest, in order for the establishment and its owners to grow and fix those areas that are causing customers to give bad reviews! Once these things are improved those who gave bad reviews inevitably return for more. ;)
I ate here with my wife and two children and I have to say that the Food was the best out of all of the Latin food Spots in Western Mass. I literally tried a few bites from all of the plates at my table and eating said food made me feel like I was at home in San Juan. #OfficiallyMyNewSpot
