I'm rating this store with five stars because I went at a time when schools were closed and several workers with children called out. The three people inside worked their butts off to provide outstanding service. The wait was long yes only because of political events that I shall not mention. Please be courtesy to all fast food workers during these tribulations times. Low pay jobs, high living expenses thousands of hiring signs yet some humans are mad because they have to wait longer for fast food. Great job Burger King keep it up. Humanity have a little more patience and stop being rude to people who serve us food. 🇺🇸

Love the food. Staff is so friendly. A new girl named Jessica was very quick getting our food. We literally had no wait time at the drivethru.

Springville, Alabama, Burger King is slow sometimes but most restaurants are slow, especially when they need help. I went through the drive through and the waiter was excellent everytime I have been there, it's been the same guy. I don't like that there prices as everywhere else has doubled. Other than that the food has been great.
