I grew up in Stockton eating Chopstick almost every weekend and I will say it HAS changed. Recent reviews aren't very good, but I thought it was very good today. Fresh and crisp and very delicious. I think it's just one of those places that is hit or miss and today was a hit.

This is the second year I've been coming to Stockton and this is good, solid. There's no Fusion stuff, just affordable straight up Chinese takeout. The most affordable I've ever seen. The wanton and barbecue beef is good. The barbecue beef boneless is good ,the egg foo young has no meat but I pleasantly was surprised it was good. I enjoyed the cop suey w/mushrooms and bamboo shoots. No hot and sour soup though, bummer.

I recommend Chopsticks Chinese food takeout. They have been around for a very long time and in my opinion, they have the best chinese food. Look their menu up on line, call and order, pick up order or have it delivered. You won't be disappointed.
