We love hot bowl! I feel like it’s sort of a Sugar Land secret and most people don’t know just how delicious their food is! Hot Bowl meals are 100% customizable! You get to walk through the line and select each individual ingredient you’d like to add to your bowl. Then, you drop it off with the chef to be prepared! The staff is so friendly! Food was good. Portion size was generous. I see other reviews complaining about the price, but I think it's pretty reasonable for what you get. Saw complaints about the staff as well, but they were pleasant to us, even after we turned down the eggrolls.

This is a family run place. If you go a few times they will remember you. Service is always prompt. Ingredients are always fresh. The sauces they use are bold and flavorful. I like this place a lot more than some of the other similar restraunts that I've tried.
