I've been from New York City to Hawaii and this coffee shop and family not only has the best coffee I've ever had but they have the most wonderful way of making you feel important and part of the island family. Tracey is brilliant and sweet and Alex never forgot our names or our coffee. This is my favorite spot on the island to come to and start my day. Anyone that visits I truly recommend coming over and having this experience. These people are special and I now have an island family!
Coming to The Daily Grind is a must when we visit Surf City. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. My son Mason loves going to see the girls and get his sprinkle donut and ready to drink hot chocolate. He was even more excited to visit on his birthday so he could get special sprinkles on his hot chocolate. My two year old loved dancing around the awesome music that was always playing. I enjoyed my Carolina Coconut Latte and apple fritter. As a family we just really enjoyed going there for our morning treat. Sending love from Kansas City.
They (unlike another local establishment that calls itself a coffee shop) have whipped cream, restrooms, super nice employees... Great espresso, ice cream and an assortment of other goodies, and donuts which smell amazing (wish I could eat them). This is the place for coffee !
