Caramba's is our go to place for food like Mom made. We would try to go to the Surprise location at least twice a month. The serving sizes were big and the flavors always hit home. They made the best "home made" tacos not just serving ground meat up in a pre made shell. Went in yesterday for a Giant Caramba Breakfast Burrito to share with my wife. Yes, it's that big. Makes the 15 miles trip into Surprise just that more pleasant. Sad to see a sign that they are "relocating". Hope that relocation is soon and doubly hope that's it's still on Bell West of the 303. You'd make our day. Adios for now Caramba's but know your are embedded deep in our hearts.

I wish I could write an accurate review, but my mother and I had two of their margaritas and forgot what our visit was like. According to the pictures that were taken, we had an amazing time on Mother's Day. Will definitely be returning for their awesome atmosphere and great service. Cute little patio area and seemingly kid-friendly dining area.

This is a good go to place. The same lady has been here cleaning floors and tables for years. She is so nice to my kids and super friendly with my family. I feel like I'm at home when I go here. The prices have gone up over the years but it's still so good. I recommend the tacos with no lettuce and the hot salsa. Mmmmm the margarita is amazing too. Gets me drunk fast!
