When a restaurant or an eating establishment is busy, there is a reason; the food is really good. In this case the pizza was NY Style and really tastes good. Friendly customer service adds to a great pizzeria. Thank you.

Best pizza and wings I’ve ever had!! I have been missing out! I have lived in the Syracuse area for 40 years and yesterday was my first time trying Paladino’s! The pizza was delicious. Reminds me of NY style pizza from Little Italy. The wings were cooked to perfection. Crispy skin, tender chicken. I ordered Medium and they had just enough heat. The customer service was impressive. I will never get pizza again from another restaurant in CNY!

Great job all around except for they put a little too much sauce in my wings and it leaked out of the container on the ride home. Thankfully the pizza box underneath caught it and absorbed it, or it could've been a disaster. But honestly, that's more my fault. Superb work! Crust was on point, and they're the only place I know that does the shaved sausage. I find no faults. Next time I'll add photos. It was eaten too fast to take photos this round.
