Lunch was nice and quiet. The option of the “lunch bowls” was great, and I like that you could still order from the full menu instead if you choose. The green bean appetizer was a little over cooked, but the sauce made up for it. We had the Mongolian beef bowl and the sesame chicken bowl.

I went here with my husband on a Saturday afternoon. We waited in line a few minutes for a table but wasn't that bad. Ended up asking to sit in a booth which was much more comfortable. The food was really good, the egg rolls were amazing. But everything took a long time to come out. Even my drink which was just a soda took way too long. They were not that busy and looked like they ample staff. The entrées took about 40 minutes to come out, we were there for over an hour for a meal which in my book is way too long. I wanted to order a dessert to go but decided not to because I knew I'd be waiting another 20 minutes for it.

Naturally, we love Chang’s…as many people know, it is HARD to find good service accompanied with good food and good conversation. Our server, Jamie was so superb we asked for a manager just to rave. She made all of our cocktails and was exceptionally kind. Recommend that corporate hire her to travel and train servers at all their chains. This is the type of experience everyone deserves when they eat out anywhere!
