Tallahassee is now home to Tazikis Mediterranean Cafe, a fast casual restaurant dishing gyros and other Greek fare. With the kiddos loaded up we trekked over to the restaurant, located at 216 S. Magnolia Drive, for dinner. Looking over the menu appetizers, various grilled meat platters, and take home dinners for four were offered. Mason and Julia have been craving shrimp and selected the grilled shrimp plate. I opted for the grilled lamb platter while Kirsten ordered the grilled chicken gyro and a side of roasted potatoes.

Food was good, service was good, friendly helpful staff, indoor outdoor seating . nice variety on the menu, kinda different than some other Mediterranean places.

Greeted as we walked in by several employees which made for a pleasant first impression 🙂 Food was excellent and came out fast. Prices are reasonable for such tasty food!
