Went here for an UYE and loved it. The Sichuan peppercorns are a bit on the low side, but flavors are good. I could stand a touch more heat but I think they have made things very approachable. So become a regular and have them turn it on! The chili oil on the dumplings are excellent!! We were dipping left over noodles in that. Might be uncouth but tasted great. Prices are very reasonable so try lots of things. Friendly owners!
Love, love, love it.
Very friendly staff and the food is tasty and inexpensive.
For $16, I got a large bowl of dandan noodles, a lamb kebab, six pork dumplings, and a bottled water. Everything was wonderful. The dandan noodles were a definite favorite.
I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the dishes here!
Love this place!
The non spicy dishes like "crispy chicken", "lamb kebab" and "fried fish tofu" are all very awesome. You could ask them to easy on the pepper corn oil( or spicy oil) before you order those spicy dishes. They normally explain to those who is not quite familiar with their menu and want to order the spicy dishes.
Don't forget to get the cool desert- something sweet apple herb (forgot the name lol) We just had it yesterday. It's super b.
I am glad it's nearby my place. Definitely will go back on those day I don't feel like to cook.
