Yummy pork. Big Mike's came to my work today and I tried them for the first time. I got a pork sandwich and a side of collards. The pork was really good, lots of smokey flavor and tender but not greasy. I got my sandwich with their hot bbq sauce and it was decently spicy! The collards were good. Most places put so much pork in you can't taste the greens but theirs have a good balance.

This is Texas BBQ in Tampa. Pulled pork melts in your mouth. The BBQ sauce is like crack. The truck is clean and the service is very friendly. I've passed by this place for years. Should've stopped by sooner. This is now my favorite BBQ spot in Tampa.

Best BBQ in Tampa!!. Big Mike has the best BBQ in town! Take it from me, I'm born and raised here. Others may have been around longer, but hands down, the flavor, quality, friendliness of the Mike and his wife (they remember most every customer by name or face), and the large portions they give with each plate rocks! Trust me, Big Mike puts the "Flavor where your Mouth is!" Like them on facebook for daily deals and stop by on Sheldon Rd in Town-N-Country area to see for yourself! :-)
