A great example of a small French cafe, serving well prepared dishes, boasting exceptional flavors. The Eleonore and Faby Benedicts were beautifully presented, with eggs poached just right and hollandaise sauce prepared to perfection. The traditional Crepe Lemon was thin, delicate, with a touch of lemony sweetness, and a satisfying way to end the meal. Having too many delicious options to experience in one visit, this is definitely a cafe to frequent often. 12/10/2023 Update - Back again for more of the same, plus Crepe Caramel Apple & Waffle Nutella.

I love Chez Faby every single time I go there. I am always greeted by the adorable teddy bear welcoming crew and then a happy smile from the staff. The food is phenomenal, and authentic. If you live, work or are visiting our Downtown area, check this place out. It is a gem!
