Billy is amazing. Whenever I go into 7-11 for flats, chicken wings. He waste no time preparing them for me. He makes them just the way I like them. What a wonderful employee you guys have. Also, Kim, the manager, is amazing she goes out of her way to make sure my experience is great. 7-11 has two amazing employees. Thank you 711.
I have never visited this location before and but it was a very nice experience. The 19 yrs. old cashier with green hair was so friendly. Seriously, I didn't get his name but it was an absolute pleasure meeting him. He needs a raise! Because of his exceptional customer service I will always visit this location when I am in the area. The store was clean and very organized.
Billy was extremely nice and helpful today. I thought I lost my eyeglasses when I was purchasing coffee and Sunday paper. Billy went the extra mile and searched the counters and floors. He left a note for the other shifts. I called him and thanked him and to let him know I found my glasses at home. He is a dedicated employee to the 7-eleven organization and their customers. Please recognize his efforts and promote him within your organization. I will be sharing with my family, friends and co-workers about Billy and his efforts to "go the extra mile"
