I'm sorry to hear about your experience witnessing such behavior. It's important for workers to maintain professionalism and provide a positive experience for customers. Rude behavior and the use of foul language are certainly unacceptable in a customer service setting. If you feel inclined, you may consider providing feedback to the store management about what you witnessed, as it can help them address the issue and improve their customer service standards.So the manager that was on site was very professional.And I was there also and it totally didn’t went the the way your writing your review.I’ve been a Loyal customer for years as well a resident.That worker should been Discipline

A Muncie Experience

Great service! Friendly staff! Easy access in or out from either direction you’re traveling along US 1, the Overseas Highway as it’s situated between the southbound and northbound lanes. Fantastic Blizzard’s and soft serve ice cream as you would expect from Dairy Queen! Highly recommended stop when traveling along the Florida Keys!
