The Otto Rainbow was what we tried tonight:

Outstanding pizza! The veggies were cooked enough that they weren't al dente, but they weren't mushy and flavorless. Meats were well cut, evenly distributed throughout the pizza, and balanced with the veggies nicely. The cheese wasn't overwhelming and there was enough of it to pass the "shake test." There was a spice that coated the entire pie that brought a nice, even balance to the entire thing. The crust, although thin, was just chewy enough to fold the slice in half if desired but wasn't brittle in the slightest, it was also brushed with some kind of butter / garlic or butter / spice combo that made it stand out from the rest of the pizza.
Repeat customers, for sure.
Awesome saucy,cheesy deliciousness!! I would recommend it if you love authentic Italian style pizza.
