Best place to eat for any occasion!!! We had a chef choice appetizer which was the best!!! It was an imported cheese from Italy and bread crescents with drizzled olive oil and peper. Then we ordered an 8oz steak that was to die for!!!! And shared the corn and asparagus. But the best shareable thing on the menu were the tots. The server was very attentive and everyone was so nice. Will definitely go back again!!!!!!
I'm not a steak connoisseur by any means, which is one reason I truly loved my visit to Robard's.
I could say the impeccably-cooked filet steak, or the server's complete understanding and patience in helping my young children decide on their meal choices, or the perfect beverage suggestions for the adults are what set this establishment apart.
But my biggest "wow!" moment came when our server brought a selection of steak knives to the table to describe how each one functions differently and let us choose which one we each wanted to use with our meal. For someone like myself whose knowledge of steak dining doesn't go far beyond "I'd like mine cooked medium well," having the knives explained to me and being given the choice really pushed this experience over the top.
Oh, and order the candied bacon as an appetizer. Trust me.

If you have a table reserved for dinner and call in advance, the resort transportation will pick you up if you live within a few miles. I love that! The seafood tower is fabulous - huge, cold peeled shrimp, crab legs, lobster, oysters and cubed sashimi. We shared the scallops and the 16 oz filet mignon. Both were perfect. All food and sides were delicious. One of the desserts was La Bomba and I’m glad my husband insisted. They place a plastic mat in the middle of the table, a gloved server brings out a chocolate bowl filled with goodness, you all say “1, 2, 3, Bomba!” and he breaks it open on the table and drizzles 3 sauces over all the bits. Great service and experience.
