The place is tiny, so if you are claustrophobic I would suggest getting outside seating or to go.
The food is great, we have been here couple of times specifically for Yuzu and Jiro Ramen.
We also tried their seasonal fried oyster appetizer and it was the bomb. Highly recommend it. Tasted fresh, crunchy, and clean. Alas beware, it's fried to order, so it will be hot.
As to ramen: portion are great and the large size, is no joke (especially Jiro ramen). The broth has a very deep pork flavor and in case of Jiro it was loaded with garlic and chopped onions. The additional crunch from bean sprouts and cabbages just makes this ramen so great and unique. The chashu is tender and melts in your mouth, just make sure to dunk it in the hot broth (as it might come tad cold).
Yuzu, I didn't have a chance to try, but the bowl was completely empty as I was still working my way through my Jiro. The broth looked clear and by it smelled refreshing.
Delicious chicken karaage, black garlic ramen, and the “Russian roulette” gyoza were fun AND tasted great! Glad we took our out-of-town friends here!
The ramen is great. The chicken is lightly seasoned. The fried squid tentacles are yummy. A bit of a very tiny spot. Always a wait time but its expected for its size. Definitely worth a visit
