This place is soooooooooo good. Quiet little restaurant with delicious Thai food well worth the price with large portions. They have a lunch special that varies on price depending on your protein choice, but it starts at $10 for the common choices of beef, chicken, pork, and tofu. Can't beat that with this quality! The menu for lunch is limited on options, but they're all really tasty anyway.
I just ordered here for the first time and I've only eaten Thai food once before from another restaurant and it wasnt too good.. But THIS place here, is absolutely delicious and I will most definitely be back. I ordered Thai Spicy Fried Rice with Shrimp. IF u love spicy, you will enjoy this. The owner suggested that I ask for it without spice the next time.. I will be definitely go back when the craving hits again..Tastes like food you'd enjoy at home.
Love this place! Always surprised when I dine in at how vacant the restaurant is on weekends. Don't know why, the food here is probably some of the best Thai food in the south bay. I believe they do most of their business through phone orders and lunch time on the weekdays. Any how the food here is delicious and highly recommended. The owner is very talkative and friendly. The location looks kinda sketchy but its not bad. I usually judge a Thai restaurant by the most popular and common ordered Thai dish around and that's the Pad Thai. I know I'm not the only one that gets irritated by a place that says they are a certain food and they can't even get the basic dish to taste good. The Pad Thai at Tycoon is spot on for authentic flavor along with everything else on the menu......which is why this place is #1 on my list for Thai food......without driving to Thai town. So satisied Everytime I leave here!!!
