Wow! I was so surprised today,an that rarely happens. By nature people like what they like and going to restaurants is always a shot in the dark as to your burger or steak being cooked right, under seasoning, or just a crappy waitress. This didn't happen today, I am from tc, but have been downstate the past couple years, but came to see family and such. My mom,sister, and I decided to go and I was weary at first since I know how the restaurant biz and since have become highly critical on my food choices, so most my expectations on a new experiance, are a disappointing or worse. Usually I always have a complant, or many more, again, not today! I had calamari, with a kissed touch of their batter, they were uniformly cut, super soft, not fishy. They had a mix of pickled sweet peppers that had a subtle sweet, salty,spice , also it came with a fresh garnish of spring lettuces. No over seasoning or sauces, came with a herbaceous marinara. I ended up trying them with some peppers on then, and mixing everything together and every bite was new and exciting. I would eat there everyday, and will become a regular soon! Mom had a bad ass plate of fresh fried nachos , i also loved, and my sister got the burger, again great! Homemade burger bun I could had used for a pillow! The fries tho....I'm irish, I know potatoes. These are the best fries I've ever experienced. Not salty or soggy,no oils anywhere.nothing I ate made me feel as if I needed excessive napkin use.bartender was great the chef was helping everyone out like crazy and the genuine kindness and care he showed was humbling. I want to come back! My favorite new restaurant. Thank you!

Best place to have dinner & drinks. Great food, great service, and the owners actually give a dam about the food & service, not the $$. Someplace that realize it's the employees that makes or brakes a place of Business . You have happy employees, you'll have happy customers.
