I've been here 3x. Breakfast, Lunch time & even 4am. My first visit was shortly after they opened, so its to be expected to have a wait on a seat & our food but the waitresses & kitchen staff were on their game. I've never sat with empty coffee or water glasses. My food has always been amazing. I've only ordered breakfast from Denny's, from down state to Florida to New Mexico. Their pancakes are the best the slight taste of vanilla is go good. I know where ever I am their food will be great, its the reason I keep going back. I'm not sure what's happened to these other people with bad experiences? It's never happened to me in my my visits. Keep up the great job Denny's Team!
Not sure when these other people come in but had a great experience. There was a short wait for a table (literally 6 mins) and we were promptly seated. Our waiter Dan K. Was amazing. Drinks were served almost immediately and our coffee cups were never allowed to go empty. The place was busy so the kitchen was a little backed up but Dan kept us informed and we really only waited about 20 minutes total for our food which was also great. Overall most of the negative reviews do not at all match the experience we had. Next time you come in ask for Dan K because he was polite and very professional. Next time we visit Traverse City we will be back
I’ve never had a better experience eating out (as someone with Celiacs). The staff all made sure that my food was prepared separately and away from any products containing gluten. Out of all the places I’ve gone out to eat since being diagnosed, they were the most caring and understanding. I will be back again.
