This place restored my faith in Asian buffets for Tucson. First of all, the selection of sushi offered in the buffet was not imitation crab based solely. There was fresh raw fish selections of tuna and salmon rolls, probably 15 different rolls offered. Especially since I went for the sushi and sea food, I was very please. In addition to the sushi, there were fresh cooked muscles and shrimp in their cold salad bar. The salad/fruit bar was plentiful and robust. And as you could expect, many good quality options for those looking for the cooked food options of a Chinese buffet. Really the best of both Japanese sushi and Chinese buffet that you could ask for, for the absolute decent price of $10.49 lunch or $13.99 dinner. We did lunch. I can't wait to try dinner though. And I am setting up a Facebook invite for my upcoming birthday - guess where I am having it!!
So glad Tucson now has this place to enjoy! They offer all the typical Asian buffet options (highly recommend the coconut shrimp especially), a salad bar plus a GREAT sushi station that was continually being restocked! They even had unagi / eel roll and nigiri which is very rare for a buffet I think. So just for the sushi alone it is worth the visit. For dessert they have also have a lot of options, including puddings, assorted cakes, fruits, cookies and REAL ICE CREAM by the scoop (we got the cookie dough, cookies n cream and cake batter). We came around 2pm on a weekday and thought the $10 price for lunch was well worth the food. Everything was warm and tasted great. Wait staff was very attentive and polite and prompt in removing plates and refilling drinks. The whole place (including bathrooms) appeared to be very clean and well kept. Atmosphere is very casual and there were lot's of families with kids eating. Will be returning customers for sure!
First timer.. TBH, it was the "Best" buffet I've ever had. And I ate my money's worth. I left with a full belly and a happy . Highly recommend
