Magnificent sandwiches that are made just the way we all like them, and I mean they take care of every last little detail, no problem! But how can you top that positively genuine and utterly unforgettable "Jimmy John's Welcome" that we all get when we first walk in - OR their "until you leave" warmth and naturally amazing customer service that they're all simply steeped in? I not only like THEM while I'm there enjoying my meal, they make me like my meal even more and MYSELF! WOW!

My husband ordered me a sandwich and when I got back to my office I saw that it was in a tortilla and not bread. I called and asked if it was possible to have it re-made and they said they’d do it right away. When I got there, multiple people started helping me and they gave me a free cookie. It really wasn’t a big deal and I wasn’t going to leave a bad review or stomp my foot and I was trying to joke around with the staff on the phone so that they didn’t feel like I was an angry customer or anything. I really just didn’t like the tortilla and wanted the French roll instead like he had ordered. They went above and beyond for my small issue and I really appreciate it, the new bbq sandwich is amazing and made my lunch. Thanks guys
I have walked by Jimmy John’s on Congress a dozens of times over the past and each time I keep telling myself that I need to give it a try. People I know keep raving about it so I finally decided to walk in and order a sub. I liked that I was greeted by the staff as soon as I walked in. 👍☺️ I know that the service industry isn’t all that easy so it’s nice to see some happy friendly staff. The friendly cashier recommended I try sub number 12 which I think has turkey and avocado in it. I decided on the large size which I tell you could feed an entire family lol. It was a great quality tasting sub and I will definitely have it again sooner rather than later. 👍☺️
