I was immediately and warmly greeted upon entry by a very enthusiastic and highly motivated young man named Conner.
Young Conner immediately took my order without issue. Conner's in-depth knowledge of the menu board proved extremely helpful. His offering of menu enhancing suggestions only elevated my entire dining experience.
My food order was called out at the front counter in what l would consider a very reasonable amount of time. I found my food to be made as ordered in addition to being hot, fresh and favorable.
I don't personally believe that this meal was an exceptional value. Even with the military discount applied l truly felt it was simply overpriced. I don't blame Jack for this, it's just the economic insanity of the world we currently live in, but it doesn't negate that it's noticably overpriced!
Overall, l was extremely satisfied with my entire experience. It was refreshing to see that the staff of this store had aggressively cleaned the dining room prior to my arrival. The obvious level of pride in a job well done was on full display during my visit.
I can easily highly recommend visiting this establishment. The staff earned my 5⭐ review.
I stopped going to this chain for years. I decided to give this location a try and WOW. I was surprised by how polite the employees were here. How refreshing. And the food tasted a bit better than expected. I will visit again.
The manager and staff have consistently created an enjoyable customer experience with service with a smile and attitude.
They greet each person entering the diner with a warm, pleasant hello or good morning.
Tasty food served at the correct temperature again with a smile.
The outstanding service from staff reflects management and supervisory efforts towards creating and maintaining an enjoyable customer service experience for dine in, take out and or drive thru customers.
