They said they dropped my fish for my sandwich. I was so happy they took the time to remake it and let me know what happened (No one wants to admit they messed up on someone’s food). Everyone that I have ever come into contact with at this location has all been stellar! I have never had foreign object debris (FOD) in my food here (unlike every other place I’ve eaten in town).
You won my business now and into the future. I consider all these things when picking a place to eat. Management please reward your staff for being a consistently honest and so caring. Having one good day is easy, being consistent everyday is hard work and it shows!
My experience was wonderful, I am glad they finally opened up their lobby, the inside is spotless and my server, Lindsay, was absolutely wonderful. I will be coming to this location more often. Only caveat is the amount of pickles on a single hamburger but otherwise flawless.
I've been to most of the Burgervilles in the Vancouver area. Sometimes this place can get pretty slow, although I do understand that it's hard for the restaurants to deal with the amount of customers that come in sometimes. Today the line wasn't very long, but I still did have to wait quite a bit for my lone shake. However, the girl serving me today was friendly, though, and she happily recommended the mint patty flavor of the coconut bliss shake. I'm glad for the recommendation, since it was yummy and I loved the pieces of chocolate blended in.
