Janice has worked at Pizza Hut 20 years. On Fridays she is Ed she's also Tom 1 day a week. We walk in and she knows what we want to drink. She's an awesome server. Most of the staff are pretty cool the General Manager is an awesome lady also. We called 1 night to order Pizza and the guy said Bob Evans and hung up. So I called back and he said they were closed. So my boyfriend called and he finally got through. So 45 minutes later I go to pick up our pizzas and I walk in and the guy had many rude comments to make about me. He had my son in tears. So the next time we went in we let the GM know what happened and she took care of our meals for us. I wasn't telling her to get free food we just wanted her to know what her staff was up to.
The service here at the lunch buffet is wonderful! The waitress is phenomenal, and will remember you even if you only stop in once every few weeks. She's truly the best thing about the store. The pizzas, however, aren't anything special. Check to see if they're making the meatball/spinach/pepper pizza with balsamic, as this is the best one that gets put on the counter.
Our first time here and it was wonderful! Finally, a decent salad bar! Siriluck, our waitress was so friendly, efficient and seemed to genuinely care about our dining experience.
We will absolutely be back; probably next week!
