Food truck at Great Northern - beautiful night. Mac & cheese was amazing! Staff was soooo nice!!!!

With no exaggeration, I think I can say this is the best mac and cheese I've ever had. Stopped at the food truck at 315 Brewery in Camillus and tried the basic mac. The foundations of what I thought good mac and cheese was have been demolished. They have been replaced with Macarollin.

I’m hooked on that Lobster Mac n Cheese. They had their food truck at a Scottsville Christmas Parade a few years back where I tried their food. Its my go to craving now. Unfortunately I haven’t tried their other dishes cause all I want is that Lobster Mac n Cheese. Had me some at East View Mall the other day and the single serving and price is worth it 😋
