I’ve looked through the reviews and I can honestly say anyone who has complained about this place has to be somebody who is not from around here and is not used to actual bad service . This is my favorite restaurant and I’ve lived in about 20 different towns in Suffolk County, they get straight to the point they’re honest with you about their delivery times I’ve never sat down to eat but I’d bet money that it would be just as fast as service as their telephone services as well as their delivery service and everything is priced appropriately . I really don’t do Google reviews but for anyone to complain about this restaurant has to have never actually been to a bad restaurant before . The 2 minutes I spend on the phone to make my delivery order is my favorite part . Would recommend to any of my buddies
I'm surprised at the low ratings of this great place. Overall it's a 4, but I gave it 5 to try to bump up the ratings a bit. The service was excellent and the food was fresh and delicious. When we were there we were one of 3 separate tables with young kids, and there was one other table with a couple sitting at it, at 5:30 pm. Again, the food was really very fresh and tasty! We will be coming here again.
We had dinner at this restaurant. The food was excellent. It was not too salty. The vegetables were very fresh and not over cooked. The chow fun was cooked to perfection. The bean curd was cooked just right with the outside just crisp enough. When we return to the Hamtons, we will return to the Phoenix restaurant.
