Not all Starbucks are created equally... I feel as though this one has room for improvement, but I work in the area so nonetheless,I frequent this location probably more than I'd like to admit. If you are going to go to this location, I highly suggest that you do a mobile order and also do it in advance of the suggested app time. I have never been to this location and had it been "dead". There is always a line to or outside of the door. The service is generally pretty quick and the customer service is polite. However, there is a lot of confusion about picking up mobile orders and who is in charge of making sure they are getting into the correct customer's hands. The store could use some additional cleaning help, it generally looks like they got hit with a busy wave of people, which probably is the case all the time.

This is by far one of the best coffeehouse experiences I've ever had in DC. Julie was completely awesome! I explained to her that I love tea, but unfortunately that I can only drink decafinated. She suggested some cool flavors and some of which could mix well together. I saw her offering the same help for other customers, and I could tell that she really got into her job. As you can imagine how crazy this place gets in the mornings, I was really impressed. I will definitely have to take this detour again!

This team is handling a high volume store with excellent service. Their displays were fully stocked, spotlessly clean and ready to service customers. The baristas worked quickly, accurately and handled concerns professionally.

Service at the counter was lacking even when not busy. Product I selected was not available and staff were uninterested in assisting customers. Attitude is everything and on this day staff certainly had an attitude! Maybe next time things will be different. My visit could have been on a bad day for employees or for some other reason.

Yesterday I had an grateful and interesting experience! A lady in front of me ( I don’t know her) gave me a Starbucks card and said happy Christmas ! I am grateful for a strange woman ‘s gift !

Friendly staff, quick service, stop in and see Larry, hardest working barista in DC. He Remembered my trenta violet drink extra berries light ice every day. Personally greets every customer, and thanks each and every customer. Gonna miss him when I go back to IL

Busy Starbucks with a mix of office workers and tourists. I typically order ahead with the app. 80% of the time it's perfect, 20%, they miss that I've requested a non standard drink.

A recent renovation has provided more space for this very busy Starbucks. The staff are always friendly and are great at remembering the regulars.

Stupendously service a complimentary Ventí filtered ice water to parched homeless traveller as though she were a woman of wealth & means. I'm impressed, Batista's!! -anonymous account bothered named, GNU. ;]

I do iPhone and iPad screen repairs here all the time. The seating it pretty decent and they actually have nice outside seating. I've never not been able to find street parking on New Jersey Ave which is a plus. - Trevor - CrackedMacScreen DC

Mobile ordering is good is they way to go. Great management good service. Lines can get long between 7:30 and 8:30.
