I made a phone call to Chinese Embassy today to consult a visa issue. The first few calls said not available. Then I waited for a few minutes and called again. It was picked up really quickly and the officers resolved my issue immediately. It was so efficient!! And it totally made my day.
After spending many years in US, I got used to the long waiting time. Some US government agencies can never be reached through phone calls. Our Chinese Embassy is doing an excellent job, and I am very grateful for the efforts made by the great officers!!! Thank you!
