Absolutely superb meal! From start to finish, this was definitely the best meal I have ever eaten in West Chester. The service, the presentation, the flavors- all exquisite. We had the chicken liver pate and I now understand why everyone has been raving about it. Stinging nettle ricotta tortelloni with brown butter- I don't even have words for how delicious that was. We had the Pocono Trout with foragings from the Forest Floor and Short Ribs cooked over the oak wood fire and both were so unbelievably good. Finished with a great piece of chocolate cake. Lucky lucky West Chester, that Maria and Anthony have made it their home for Andiario.

A destination restaurant no matter your starting point. Thoughtful and inspired dishes created from local ingredients on plates made by local artisans here in Pennsylvania. Each course is as beautiful as it is delicious! Hand made pastas are just the start for Chef Andiario - the chicken liver pâté appetizer, meats grilled to perfection over a wood fire, and a panna cotta dessert that defies logic in its multiple dimensions of sweet and creamy goodness. All of this unfolds in a lovely and spacious dining room where you are guided through the menu by a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Not to be missed!

Loved everything! The setting is lovely right in the middle of town, watch WC walk by the window. Service is great but the food ... to die for! Salad, pasta nicchi (sweet enough to be dessert!) scallops, duck and tilefish were put of this world! Chocolate cake with meringue was fabulous and I had to eat it all even though I was full! A little pricey but worth it! Will go back!

Expect carefully prepared food with unique flavor that can only be achieved by a thoughtful chef who wants you to say "Wow!" with every bite. While it may "sound" like an ordinary favorite, the pâté in particular was one item our party found to be quite remarkable, perhaps worth fighting over. We had an exquisite meal and the whole dining experience was a pleasure from the moment we walked in the door. It's a bright and inviting space with comfortable seating and low noise. Almost everything in this restaurant is sourced locally including food and decor - the owners are committed to maintaining this link with their community. Bravo!

Sublime, exquisite, delicious, and the staff were welcoming and thoughtful. Where else can you find a scallop dish with cherry blossoms as a primary ingredient? The trout was absolute perfection, the same for the greens with duck and duck egg. A wonderful and unique venue in a very nice location.

We came in last weekend with a group of four and ordered everything on the menu and shared it. I highly recommend doing this as it was the perfect amount of food and it made for an amazing meal and a great evening with fantastic service and great ambiance! Great job Anthony and team!

Andinario is a thrill and a delight. The weekly pre set menu leaves us a bit nervous but excited. In the days leading up to our reservation we wonder....what's going to be served for dinner? We have no idea and we love every second of drama leading up to the table side reveal when our server presents the nights rundown. There are no decisions to make. Just the promise that a lot of thought, skill and creativity will make its way to your table and dazzle your taste buds. We have never been disappointed. Our most recent visit started with Tempura Fried Lotus Flowers. Crispy, crunchy, salty, delicious. Meant to reve up your taste buds and it did. Next was Golden Tilefish Crudo with Sugarsnap peas, chili flakes and mint. Fresh delicate flavors that somehow work together with each ingredient shining thru. The Pasta Course was Ricotta Ravioli with asparagus and chive blossoms. The most tender melt in your mouth ravioli we've ever eaten. Chef Anthony is one talented pasta maker. Find his videos on YouTube. The Family Style Entre of Wood grilled chicken legs with habanada peppers and broccolini may have been the best chicken dinner I've ever eaten. Our server explained the legs were brined, steamed and grilled/smoked. The meat was smokey sweet and fall off the bone tender. The pan sauce was so delicious we needed more bread to get the last bites. Dessert is served. A Strawberry rhubarb tart with whipped cream. Tasted like spring. Service is cleverly orchestrated, warm, attentive and personal. Andiario is a culinary adventure right in West Chester. Reservations are required and basically sold out every night so plan accordingly. Arrive prepared to trust your chef and his talented staff. Enjoy the ride.

My fiancé and I have been trying to snag a reservation at Andiario for about a year now. I finally made it a goal to get a reservation for their Valentine’s Day prix fixe and paired wine menu… I’m 26, studied abroad in Rome and recently ate at a one Michelin starred restaurant as recently as two weeks ago. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. To be perfectly honestly, I was blown away by Andiario’s service , food, and quality. It’s a hidden gem in the greater Philadelphia area and deserves more recognition even tho I’m selfish and I rather it be hidden gem for a bit longer. They were attentive with my allergies which are annoying to begin with. The menu was sourced from local bakeries and butteries. They should not be overlooked, and I plan on coming back for many years to come. 5/5.

Of course our first indoor dining experience after popping our COVID bubble had to be Andiario, As always met and exceeded our expectations. Fresh local ingredients , detailed execution and just delicious. A "foodies" nirvana, not a cheap night out but worth every penny. Best carrots I ever have had and the pasta with squab was so flavorful.

Delicious food served by an excellent staff. One member of our party has severe food allergies and the chef with advanced notice created a meal for him as well. Grateful for a night out of celebrating at Andiario.

FOODIE PARIDISE...I love everything about this place. The decor, incredibly knowledgeable staff, and blend of music create the perfect vibe. That paired with Anthony's ridiculously flavorful dishes create a unique and incredible dining experience. Thank you goes to the entire Andiario team.
