So a friend recommended this spot b/c he saw it on the food network as the best Cuban sandwich in NJ. Since we live in JC it wasn’t a far drive. As soon as you walk in you feel like it’s back in 60s/70s and you’re about to get some good authentic grub! An old Cuban man greeted us in Spanish and was like ‘¿quiere do cubano y café con leche?’ I was like ‘claro!’. (Speak up b/c I think he’s a little hard of hearing). Good food and cool atmosphere. It’s definitely not a gentrified spot so bring cash and your nostalgic mind set!

Best Cuban sandwich i ever had. The place is original and owner still serving. Definitely a repeat

Went with some buddies for the Cuban Special sandwich. It was as expected, excellent! Perfect amount of Meats and Mustard. We had the opportunity to meet the owner and family. Real pleasure talking with them. Do yourself a favor and stop in and say hello! Leave with a smile on your face and good food in your belly! 👌
