I have come here several times during the lunch rush and today, 6/28/22, was the longest I've had to wait in line. We all know there are employee shortages and those that are working have to deal with call-outs, which is the case today I'm sure, nonetheless, I'd like to give some praise! While I can see people being mouthy and complaining about the wait there was only 1 window open. The lady that would normally just pass out the food was also taking payments. I could tell she was having a bad day and possibly stressed about the increased workload but she still kept smile as she took payment and handed me my food. The order was right and fresh! Be kind and courteous to those working in the service industry! They are not there to listen to you gripe and complain about an issue they already know about. Unless you are sitting in a dark room completely cut off from the real world you should know what's going on so have some compassion for those serving you! They're doing the best they can with the resources they have.
