For starters, along with the amazing calamari, bread, oil, herbs and Parmesan, the server was very personable and knowledgeable about the menu. The table side salad with the signature dressing was delish, the lobster bisque, tasty, and the time between courses was perfect. The entrees were well presented and delicious! The sea bass was flaky, the crab topping was a great add, and the wonderful lobster sauce over all, well, it was amazing. The Italian crusted NY Strip was medium rare, and cooked to perfection. The chicken and shrimp gamberetti was perfect also, the sauce light and creamy, the chicken was tender, and the large shrimp were perfectly cooked, and delicious. Of course the home made tirimisu was delectable! Our overall experience was very relaxing, with a server who was attentive, but not overbearing, with a great personality, the evening was great!
Always love the food, service and atmosphere at Cafe Calamari. Prime rib on Fridays is awesome, Chilean sea bass also very good. Their house salad is worth a visit in itself. Add in the outside patio with views of Lake Geneva and its my favorite place on the lake.
Another great meal at Cafe Calamari. Delicious food and top notch service. Place was packed of course and we got to visit with many tables filled with friends. I even ran into my dentist from Chicago! The best restaurant on or near the lake.

All of the food was excellent. I reccommend getting the calamari of course! Also, the drinks are amazing, I recommend the blackberry mule and sangria. You won't be disappointed!!

Love everything from the white lights outside to the Italian aviance inside. The food,, service and drinks were fantastic. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back there.

This was our first time dining at Cafe Calamari ... we loved it !! Ambience and decor was great .. atmosphere, waitstaffabs service was top notched ... the food and menu choices were amazing and delicious ! We will definitely be back !

Celebrated my birthday last night. There were 5 of us & all our food was excellent! I had the Sea Bass & it was so delicious. Our waiter was so good--kind & gave us wonderful service! Will go back in a heartbeat!
We came by across this place by accident and I'm so glad we did. The ambiance, service everything was amazing. Best Rockefeller oysters I've ever had. They made our wedding anniversary night special. Their cheesecake caramels is amazing. We will definitely be back again.

My husband and I had eloped yesterday and we went there for supper. We were treated so amazing by all of the staff and patrons. Tonya was an amazing waitress and they made us feel so special. We cannot say enough good things about the food, drinks, and hospitality. The menu has so many good options, the appetizers were delicious and our main courses were phenomenal. We cannot say thank you enough!
We went to dinner on a recommendation and we're looking to going back already. The staff were so attentive and professional that it was more than we normally pay for dinner but it was worth it for the level of service and the quality of the food. Wine recommendation was spot on and the menu was interactive enough to make us want to come back and try another pasta combination.
The food here was mouth watering. And the staff wers super friendly and accommodating to my group of 9.
