Never before have I walked into an establishment and been treated so well by the staff! Jesse, Sophie, and Kenzie all worked efficiently and positively to provide the best possible experience for not only myself, but every customer thereafter. Working in food service myself, it's easy to forget the feeling of walking in the entrance and feeling special and in good hands. I come all the way from Pittsburgh, but believe me when I say, this kind of service is well worth a 9-10 hour drive. Thank you all, for taking great care of my brother and I, and may you not lose the ethic and spirit that makes this such a wonderful experience.
Was in your store yesterday, and I must say everything is absolutely delicious! I'm currently eating some of your sea salted caramel fudge. I do believe it's the best I've ever eaten! We had ice cream last night and it was awesome as well. Ecstatic your shop is open, as we will stop in every time we get to Williamsburg! Kudos to your staff also! All of the young employees were super friendly and very helpful. Very impressed!
We were visiting the Williamsburg area for Veteran's Day weekend and stopped in for some ice cream. To our surprise there was chocolate too!!! All the flavors that we tasted were amazing! Loved watching the candy making going on and getting a tutorial from the young staff as to how it's all done! It was so good that we came back the next night for a repeat! And got a taste of your caramel!!!!! The best I have ever had!!! We can't wait to go back down south(we are from NJ) to see the sights again and taste the tastes from your store!! Enjoying the fudge at home this evening! Yum!!!
