A pretty nice place with great outdoor seating with a good view. Overall it was a good experience dining here, food was good, wine was perfect, my husband was happy with his beer as well. However, I ordered the Captains platter (fried flounder, jumbo shrimp, oysters, and sea scallops) and the oysters and scallops lacked any flavor. Covered in the frying butter they just didn’t taste like anything and were bland.
The service was nice and friendly, and the bathrooms were clean. Overall I recommend trying this place out.
Chose to sit outside and enjoyed the sunny view of the river. The service was excellent. Shoutout to Emma. She was very welcoming and patient to explain to us each dish (because the menu has no pictures and it can be hard to visualize what you’re choosing).
The place has very rustic and seaside vibe. The decor inside feels like a large cottage style home (felt quite unique). Outside, you’re near the boardwalk and you can see boats passing by. Enough parking space available.
I would most likely lean more towards their seafood selection vs the poultry and meat. Again, you’re free to take what you want. But the place specializes more towards seafood so keep that in mind.
Bathrooms are a little cramped and small, but they were clean. So that’s good. Overall, staff is very friendly.
We had a large party so we called a little in advance, and got sat immediately. The food is reasonably priced and the portions are a little average but you definitely full once you’re finished. Drinks are also very good! The Port City Punch was a group favorite. Also the restaurant is right on the pier so the view is amazing!
