I really wanted to give Zesto a 5 star, but the service was slow. You order at the counter, you get a number for your table and drink and food is brought to you. It took about 5 minutes to get our drinks, and the sweet tea was not good - returned for a soda. Took another 10 minutes for our two 2-hotdog specials. It took long enough that my husband decided that he need to have them boxed to go... They went back to the kitchen with it and never came back! We had to go back to the counter to see where it was, and he was told sorry it was so busy and there was only one person working in the kitchen. (It was mid-afternoon on Saturday and NOT busy.) The hotdogs were GREAT. We asked for them all the way, and they were delicious, with good buns and the fries were also good. Zesto would have earned a 5 star if only the service had been quicker.
This was our first visit. Such a yummy treat!! Delicious food cooked to perfection! We placed our order online and received it exactly on time.We were so satisfied with our food that ofcourse we had to get ice cream. I will definitely bring my family back on our next visit to Winston Salem.
