It has been quite a while since we have eaten at Arby's. Not quite the same as I remember, but close enough. Front counter service was exceptional, very professional.
I visited on Tuesday, June 7 at 9:15 pm and had an extremely pleasant experience. The store employee, Abel, was patient and friendly when taking my order. He clarified the specifics of my order and then repeated everything back to me for each meal to ensure he heard everything correctly. When I got to the window, Abel was extremely pleasant and we had a great conversation about his excellent customer service as well as the importance of it. He was very sympathetic to an extremely unpleasant restaurant experience I’d previously had and we just all-around had an amazing talk about our experiences working in customer service and food service as I waited for my order. Abel TRULY deserves a raise and/or promotion. He deserves some kind of compensation and recognition for his excellent work and energy/aura. I’d go back to this location for a meal solely based on my experience with your store employee. Not to mention, the food was good and correct as I’d ordered it, thanks to Abel clarifying what I wanted.
People sleep on Arby's. But their cheese sticks are some of the best in fast food. And they have a buy one get one 50% off right now (5/14/22) and that includes the cheese sticks and their original roast beef sandwich. If that ain't lunch I don't know what it is!? I have never had a bad experience getting food from Arby's, especially this one.
