WOW 👏... I just had the most incredible experience that I've ever had in my 59 years of life. The gentleman taking the order was AMAZING 🥇. His voice was clear, calm, "he never interrupted me during my complex order", and he was able to understand what I wanted, when I wasn't. lol To make things even better, he included all sauces in order, because I pulled away without my food. 🙃 That's a different story. I say the order was complex because I didn't oder items in correct order. This gentleman should be the world 🌎 trainer of "customer service communications taker"...
Service was fast enough but the Roast Beef Sandwiches and the French Fries were cold. We asked for Barbeque Sauce and we got Ranch Dressing. Pretty sad place.
We went back today, about 6 months since our last (bad) experience there. The difference was night and day better! Everything, all aspects of our visit there was the best that it could be. They've totally turned things around and now it is Highly Recommended!
Love Arbys, this visit was less than stellar perhaps supply chain issues? Ordered a cherry turnover, they were out, asked for yellow mustard for roast beef sandwich, out of that as well. Requested 3 things, received 1 of the 3, but it was delicious.
